p. 3 the sacred law or diagramma, as to the procedures for running the mystery festival at Andania.
the festival is in August, the election of the ten men and women, administering the oath
the mysteries must have been an annual event., there were contracted musicians, with instructions to open the treasury.
At the full moon like the Apollo festival
p 16 at the time of the diagramma the festival was organised by the city of Messenne and held at Karneiasion
in three sections- the mystery rites, the sacrifices and the fair (secular).
p 17 the mystery started with a procession with purification of the participants and the space
Multiple sacrifices were done with some of this for the meal for officials
Dances were held for the sacrifices and the mysteries
in the initiation the hiera mystica which had been carried were now revealed with a performance or reenactment, there was a reading from a book and a crowing with a crown of laurel leaves ( related to the followers of Apollo).

Multipel deities were involved. Primarily Demeter and Kore, also Apollo and Hermes
p18 the great gods and goddesses 
there were two cult spots- the Hagna fountain and the temple of the Great Gods.
p 22 the officials- those associated with the administration via the polis and those associated with the cult., ritual officers, temple guardians, treasurers
the grammateus gave the oath to the sacred men and the ten
the sunedroi made decisions about the dedications

there were five in charge of the finances

the election of the 10 was by the demos
the gynaikonomoi looked after the women, their clothing and that they stayed in line in the procession.
the members were chosen by lot from the various tribes
the sacred women gave the same oath as the men but also promised to be faithful to their husbands or fathers, some dressed as goddesses for  a performance, an they prepared the sacred meal. 
p 27 merchants both slave and free attended. Men women, slaves, not children could be initiated, and one could be initiated more than once 
p 30 the festival lasted several days, with the market, anointing rooms and baths, slaves requesting asylum. there were inspections of the tents, trials for breeches,, fees were payed.

then the mysteries- special clothing was worn to identify people. At a certain time initiates took off their tiara and wore the laurel wreaths dances, music and performances and readings from the sacred book were part of the rituals. 
p 32 afterwards there were reports back from the various people involved, settlement of financial matters, , punishments recorded.
